Edwinton Brewing is excited and proud to be North Dakotas first and only collaborative brewer. Collaborative brewing means we bring the concept of best practices of 600 years of brewing to Bismarck. We are honored to have Brian Watson as our Brewmaster.

Our brew local brew team consists of Monty, Alan and Chris they work collaboratively with world reknown Brewmaster Brian Watson. The team loves what they do and their passion for making great food and beer shows in the product they produce on a daily basis.

THE HISTORIC DEPOT
The city known as Bismarck today was formed in 1872 as “Edwinton” after Edwin Ferry Johnson, a chief engineer for the Northern Pacific Railway company. The Northern Pacific Railway Depot was built in 1900 and was designed by renowned architect Cass Gilbert.

Our award-winning beer and delicious food is now available during Happy Hour! Stop in Monday - Saturday from 2-6 and 9-close for $4 and $6 drinks, beer and bites. Meet the crew, steal away a minute for yourselves or just c’mon in and get happy.
